Order Processing & Shipping

We strive to process and dispatch orders within one to two business day of receiving your order. Funstra is located in Gold Coast, Australia. Generally most deliveries take 2-3 business days to eastern states and 4-6 business days to western states. All parcels are shipped via Australia Post's eParcel service with online tracking available for Australian deliveries. International deliveries generally take 3-10 business days, depending on the delivery destination and are shipped via international airmail.

Shipping & Handling

The shipping and handling prices at Funstra are based on the weight of your order and the delivery destination. The shipping and handling cost includes the actual cost of postage and packaging costs. Our high quality packaging standards ensure safe delivery of your purchases. All shipping and handling prices are calculated in real time in the checkout process, before the completion of your order.

All prices within the Funstra online store are quoted in Australian dollars.

Payment Methods

At present we can only accept online credit card payments for orders. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club credit cards. We are not able to accept any personal checks and money orders.
