Returns Policy
We want you to be 100% happy and completely satisfied with all your purchases from Funstra.
What can I return?
We have a 60 day no questions asked returns policy on everything at Funstra, even on sale items!
When returning an item, we obviously ask that the product has not been used and is in it's new original condition, with all labels, tags and packaging attached and that you take care to protect the product when posting it back to us. If you're concerned, please return goods with tracking to ensure their safety as we do not take responsibility for goods lost in transit.
Unless the return is a result of an error by Funstra, we do not refund any of the shipping costs associated with the order.
What if a product is faulty?
We take great pride in our goods and packaging so we certainly hope that you never receive a faulty product from us. If, on the rare occasion, this does occur please contact us to let us know and we can help you to return the item to us. In this situation we can provide a replacement if it's available or offer a refund for the product.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, we recommended that you send us an e-mail to let us know what alternative item you would like, so that we can put it on hold for you. Please make a note of your order number and the particular item in question. We are happy to hold items for one week. The last thing we want is for it to sell out before your return arrives.
